I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in individual and couples therapy. My private practice is located in Edina, Minnesota.
With over 15 years experience as a psychologist, I currently serve a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise are trauma recovery with individuals using EMDR and couples counseling using John Gottman's research based approach.
In addition to being a skilled and experienced therapist, I also give presentations at conferences and speak to general audiences on the topics of self-care, domestic violence, and attachment.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. By integrating complementary methodologies and techniques, I am able to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
